Kate Schrinsky has worked in global human resources roles since 2006. Her experience includes talent assessment and management, HR strategy, innovation and leadership development, organization design, and cross-functional team leadership, as well as attorney development and performance management within the legal industry. Kate held the role of a chief of staff in the HR executive office at American Express. In this role, she oversaw business strategy and planning for the global HR organization. She led a number of projects including enterprise performance management, cultural change initiatives, and the design of career development tools. She also spearheaded a global leadership development program from overall strategy to recruitment and roll-off. Kate also has international experience from consulting for the AmEx China market as well as an HR generalist in Singapore. There, she worked on talent planning initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Kate received her MBA from the University of Michigan at Ross School of Business and her BA in English and Communications from Boston College. She is training to become a certified professional coach with iPEC, and has training in human-centered design from the LUMA Institute and ExperiencePoint. She is certified in Leadership Excellence and Process & Partnership Excellence from American Express and Harvard.
