Tiffany Dyba has worked in recruitment roles since 2005. Her experience includes volume recruitment in a variety of disciplines, as well as scaling new recruitment teams to optimize success.
Prior to launching her coaching practice, Tiffany led the recruitment function for Burberry supporting the Americas region from both a retail and head office perspective. In this role, Tiffany built and developed a successful team of recruiters that focused on bringing elevated talent into the brand as well as identified key areas of opportunity across the business to maximize results.
Prior to Burberry, Tiffany worked for Tiffany & Co focused specifically on retail recruitment across the Americas region. During her time there, Tiffany also helped successfully open 3 new stores, managing all aspects of the hiring process.
Tiffany received her BA in Psychology from Kent State University with a minor in Sociology. She is also very active in the breast cancer awareness community specifically focusing on advocacy for young women with organizations such as The Breasties and 5 Under 40.
