Shannon Flynn Bevers

Shannon Flynn Bevers has worked in Human Resources since 2011. She has extensive experience in startups, holding both leadership and operational roles. Shannon also has deep knowledge in leadership development, organizational design, culture and talent strategy.

Most recently, Shannon served as the Interim CHRO at the e-commerce company, Slickdeals. In this role she led all people managers through management training, created career maps and leveling, and managed the performance review process to foster transparency and growth for employees.

Prior to consulting, Shannon held various other HR manager roles at startup organizations including Vice President of People & Culture at Joymode. As one of the first 20 employees hired at Joymode, she served as a senior leader helping to build the organization to over 150 employees. Her responsibilities included hiring senior leadership and developing and executing talent strategy, from role development to establishing and implementing operating processes.

Shannon holds a master’s certificate in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and received a bachelor’s degree in Music Business from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is certified through the Co-Active Training Institute as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaches Federation.
