Sean Harvey has worked in Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Development since 1999. His experience includes leadership & organization development; career, performance and leadership coaching; strategic planning and execution; individual and organizational assessment; curriculum design and facilitation; retreat development and delivery; gender equity & inclusion; and men’s-specific coaching on gender, healthy masculinity, and emotional intelligence.
Most recently, Sean held the role of Head of Personal Transformation & Wellbeing at Eileen Fisher. In this role, he co-created a personal growth program for the leaders and employees that encompassed purpose, somatic experiences, mindfulness, limiting beliefs, and shadow work. Prior to this role, he served as the internal change agent for the creative teams at Eileen Fisher where he designed and delivered over 56 full-day leadership and team development retreats in a year.
Prior to his roles at Eileen Fisher, Sean worked in talent, leadership, and organization development consulting, and undergraduate teaching positions at Cornell, NYU, and Baruch College CUNY.
Sean holds a MSEd in Counseling with a theoretical orientation in Existential Psychotherapy from Fordham University and an MSOD in Organizational Development and Change from Loyola University Chicago. Sean received a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. He also has a graduate certification in Public Service Management from DePaul University. He currently serves on the board of the Gender Equality Law Center.
