Samantha Singh worked in Accounting and Finance roles before transitioning to Human Resources in 2017. Her background and experience includes data analysis, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Organizational Capability, Compliance + Risk and process development.
Samantha has worked as an Inspire Expert since 2019, fulfilling client needs on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion engagements and HR Assessments. She has partnered with other Inspire Experts to guide and advise clients on strategic decisions, leading clients through rapid growth, organizational changes and DEI initiatives, ensuring that D+I is integrated into business and talent strategies. Samantha also has project management expertise, managing project plans for DEI integrations across a detailed, phased approach including building leadership alignment, establishing the business case for D+I, creating a communications strategy, facilitating virtual trainings, establishing D+I Councils and ERG’s and setting the framework for a sustainable D+I strategy.
Prior to her role in HR, Samantha worked in financial reporting functions at Citigroup and Prudential Financial. She transitioned to Human Resources as an HR Analyst creating reporting metrics for business needs to assist HR leaders with decisions regarding succession planning and organizational structure. Through researching benchmark and organizational data, she provided insightful and meaningful proposals on company policy changes. In addition, Samantha has experience with benefit administration, conducting monthly audits to ensure compliance and data integrity and processing payroll for US and Canada employees.
Samantha received an MBA from Rutgers University with a concentration in Strategy + Leadership as well as her B.S. degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. She earned a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certificate from Cornell University ILR and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
