Pamela (Pam) has worked in Human Resources since 1997.  Her experience includes Talent Acquisition and Business Partner work.

Most recently, Pam was on the Human Capital team at Apollo Global Management, building out the Wealth Management team in addition to providing HR and Recruiting support to several other businesses.  

Recruitment and a Global Senior HR Business Partner before transitioning into the business as Director of Strategic Initiatives related to people.  In her last role, Pam established key metrics and decision-making tools to facilitate workforce and success planning and also created a comprehensive resource management strategy for 2300 employees.  She also developed a global career framework and culture workshops in addition to managing the global compensation process for the business group.

Pam holds a Master’s of Counseling degree from Saint Mary’s College of California.  Pam received her B.A. degree in American Studies from Scripps College (a member of the Claremont Colleges).  She enjoys volunteering for My Serenity Sanctuary and the West Side Campaign Against Hunger in addition to other local organizations.
