Mhyrynde Noá
Mhyrynde Noá has worked in the People and HR Transformation roles since 2009. She specializes in global organizational mergers and acquisitions, performance management, and designing global benefits and total rewards packages across startup and matrixed organizations. She has global executive HR experience in people operations, HR, compensation and benefits, performance management and career laddering, DEIB, and ESPPs and equity planning.
Most recently Chief Solutions Officer-HR with a global spatial computing and AI integration organization, Mhyrynde led global total rewards initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, equity planning and designing and implementing Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).
Previously, Mhyrynde served as Chief of People and Planet at a company going through several planned phases of growth, from 7 employees to 754 employees. She has scaled multiple technology and hospitality startups up to 500 employees and has advised over 20 early-stage startups on their People strategies.
Mhyrynde holds master’s degrees in Human Resources Management from Johnson and Wales University and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Argosy University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University. Myryndre holds a SHRM-SCP certification and earned her Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate through e-Cornell.
