Loni Curley
Loni Curley has worked in compensation roles since 2019. Her experience includes job architecture and benchmarking analysis, global equity plan management, equity modifications and conversions, employee mobility tracking, and stock plan administrator migrations.
Most recently, Loni held the role of director, compensation at a global software development company. In this role, Loni, worked on various equity conversions, modifications, stock splits, and spin-offs to ensure the seamless completion of each project. Loni has worked with technology companies at various stages of growth and assisted with the unique compensation needs of each business.
Loni’s expertise in compensation stems from her work, for over 15 years, in finance and accounting roles where she specialized in the accounting for equity awards. In these roles, she collaborated with internal and external auditors on annual audit processes, prepared stock-based compensation footnotes, shareholders equity footnotes, the Statement of Shareholders’ Equity, and the EPS footnotes. She also assisted with the filing of the IRS 6039 statements, and prepared Black-Scholes valuations.
Loni received her B.S. with a concentration in finance from the University of Central Florida. She is currently working towards achieving a Certified Compensation Professional designation.
