Liza Bertini has worked in Human Resources since 1996. Her experience includes, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and training and development, including workshop facilitation and training design.
Most recently, Liza served as Interim Chief Operating Officer for The Four Winds Society. There, she managed a restructuring effort to support a new operational structure of the business to a digital platform; the work focused on talent acquisition, leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, workflow, and process design.
Prior to her COO role, she served as the Director of Kripalu Programming at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. There, Liza oversaw the creation and execution of programming that ensured continued field leadership, mindfulness, education, and wellness. Her consulting work has focused on the design and implementation of performance management processes and training and development initiatives. Liza also has experience as an HRBP, leading compensation, recruitment, and benefits/wellness programs for large client groups.
Liza received a B.A. degree in Business and Psychology from Muhlenberg College and a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. She also holds a Certificate in Personal Leadership from Columbia University, a Certificate in Career Planning and Development from New York University, and a Certificate in Health Coaching from Villanova School of Nursing.
