Kelly Francis is a Talent Acquisition expert who has worked in recruiting since 2004. Her experience includes talent attraction, process improvement, vendor selection and management, cost reduction, voice of the customer, metric-driven hiring support, and training. She coaches recruiting leaders, teams and stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, improve hiring manager satisfaction and enhance the candidate experience.
Most recently, Kelly led the recruiting function for MTF Biologics. There, she designed and implemented an in-house recruiting process, which resulted in streamlined and efficient onboarding, reduced agency spend, a re-optimized ATS, reduced average time to fill open roles, and an elevated employer brand strategy. She improved the candidate and hiring manager experience by conducting surveys, training HR and leadership teams, establishing hiring metrics, and redesigning the company’s career site and social media strategies.
Kelly has worked across a variety of industries, including corporate retail, telecomm, consumer goods, and non-profit.
Kelly received a BA in Oral Communications from Dowling College. She is also an ICF accredited Certified Coach.
