Kathy has worked in strategic total rewards roles since 1991. Her experience includes executive and broad-based incentive plan design across global workforces, HR systems and analytics, and HR operations.
Kathy most recently served as Head of Compensation at Edelman Financial Engines. There, she designed and managed the training rollout and implementation of an equity administration tool that developed a market-based salary and total rewards structure and improved transparency around equitable employee compensation.
Prior to joining Edelman, Kathy held several HR positions in the financial services and high tech manufacturing industries, including as VP, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Sensata Technologies Inc. In this role, she supported the Compensation Committee in a redesign of the executive compensation program, was responsible for executive compensation governance and compliance including the Compensations Discussion & Analysis, oversaw the implementation of compensation management system Workday, and drove the compensation and benefits integration for two major initiatives.
Kathy holds a MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. She received her BA in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College.
