Kathy has worked in Human Resources since 2006. Her experience includes benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, payroll, and general HR Business Partner activities.

Kathy most recently held the role of Director, Human Resources at Bernkopf Goodman, a boutique law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, Kathy created the firm’s first HR function, working successfully with a PEO, then seamlessly transitioning all HR activities back in house, including benefits, payroll, and 401k. 

Previously, Kathy held the role of HR Manager at a strategy consulting company where she led the firm’s HR activities, and ultimately helped navigate the people-focused logistics during the acquisition of the firm.

Kathy received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bryant University.
