Jessica Moore

Jessica Moore has worked in Human Resources since 1996. She has an extensive background in both leadership and operational roles, including HRBP experience in coaching and organization design, and operational implementations of HR systems, tools, projects, programs and policies. She also has experience with M&A and culture transformation as a result of her involvement in two significant business divestitures. Jessica’s years of experience and her skills in both business process and strategic partnerships help her bring a unique approach to her consulting engagements.  Jessica has a reputation as a thoughtful HR executive with diverse experience and skills and is valued for her creative problem-solving, business optimization, and enthusiastic and dedicated team leadership.

Jessica served as the Global HR Operations Leader at SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions, where she was responsible for all Global HR business processes for the 10,000 person organization. Prior to that role, she used a combination of HR business partnership and organization design skills in a variety of HR positions at General Electric.

Jessica holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Kennedy Western University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Delaware. She lives with her husband and two children in South Central New Jersey.  She is passionate about giving back to her community, and has contributed as an annual United Way campaign leader, and a Women’s Network Leader, Coach, Speaker, and Mentor. She is a board member of Grounds for Sculpture and Trenton Music Makers.
