Jennifer Williams has worked in diversity, equity, inclusion + belonging (DEIB) since 2007. Her experience includes organizational development, coaching, and learning + development. She specializes in building diverse and inclusive work environments to drive organizational performance. Most recently, Jennifer served as senior director of workplace enterprise inclusion at WarnerMedia. Here, she engaged and aligned leaders around DEIB metrics and organizational performance, initiated DEIB training, including facilitating unconscious bias training for 6,000+ employees globally, developed signature programming to advance employees from under-represented groups throughout the organization, and ultimately increased the number of women and people of color serving in leadership roles. Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Jennifer served as organizational development consultant at Turner Broadcasting where she was charged with driving performance in a newly-consolidated 1500 member global workforce, while leading DEIB initiatives enterprise-wide. She collaborated with senior leaders to establish key performance indicators and metrics, identify organizational risks and interventions, and designed leadership development, organizational design, strategic planning, change management, onboarding, and executive coaching programs—all tied to measurable performance indicators. Jennifer holds a Masters of Science in Instructional Design and Human Performance Improvement from Georgia State University. She received her B.A. in Marketing and Communications from Hampton University. Additionally, Jennifer holds multiple industry certifications in coaching tools to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
