Jennifer Welty

Jennifer Welty has been a Talent + Change Management Executive since 1999 working with companies of various sizes and across multiple industries. Jen specializes in designing and delivering solutions related to talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion (D+I) and more. She provides expertise in organizational design, talent strategy and assessment, and employee engagement.

Most recently, Jen was VP of Global Talent Management and D+I for PVH Corp. In this role, she focused on the design and implementation of a global D+I strategy, the launch of an employee engagement survey and the implementation of a ratings-free performance management process. Under her leadership, the organization received a perfect score on the CEI index and was recognized as one of Fortune’s top diversity companies. Jen has held leadership roles at BNP Paribas and Stromberg Consulting where she consulted to clients including American Express, Chase, Western Union, Monster.com, Microsoft, FedEx, 7-Eleven, Nokia Siemens Networks, Kodak, Wyeth, United Technologies and The Walt Disney Company.

Jen holds an MA in I/O Psychology from NYU and received BA degrees in Opera from UMass Amherst and Psychology from Stonybrook University. She also earned her Organization Development Certificate from Georgetown. She is certified in the Hogan, MBTI and Social Styles assessments and is a Board Member for Inspire Arts and Music. Jen earned her executive coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
