
Iraisa Jones
Iraisa Jones has worked in human resources roles for twenty years. Her expertise includes HR strategy and leadership, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, organizational transformation, workforce planning, and applying technology and data-driven insights to optimize talent strategies. She has created adaptable, high-performing teams that balance business goals with people-first strategies across multiple industries including technology, entertainment, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Most recently serving as Chief People Officer at C Space, Iraisa led HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration following acquisition by a private equity firm. In addition to standardizing policies and procedures, she elevated performance management and employee engagement. Previously she was Vice President of Human Resources at Vindex, a VC-backed SaaS start-up company where she transitioned the company from a PEO to an in-house HR function, driving a 75% improvement in operational efficiency while doubling the number of employees.
Iraisa has also served as Regional Human Resources Director, Northeast at the American Cancer Society, where she directly supported 600+ dispersed employees and implemented multiple key initiatives that led to a 20% reduction in turnover and a 40% year-over-year increase in team engagement. Iraisa has served as a strategic HR Business Partner at Charter Communications, Resorts World Casino New York City and others.
Iraisa received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College. She has also completed Executive Education from Cornell University, in Human Capital Management and from The Wharton School in HR Management and Analytics.
