Gina Foshage has worked in Human Resources since 2014. As an HR business partner, her experience includes all areas of HR operations and administration, specializing in compliance matters.
Most recently, Gina served as Human Resources Director for an Inc 5000 publishing firm where she oversaw all functions of HR. In this role, she created a comprehensive review program and managed employee investigations and employee performance reviews through the lens of legal compliance. Gina also has extensive experience with employee classification, independent contractor relationships, multi-state employers, and policy creation and deep knowledge of California employment law. Prior to this role, Gina held various HR roles in the publishing, marketing, and performance arts industries.
Gina holds a bachelor’s degree from Emerson College. She is a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP), and has earned a speciality credential in California Law.
