Her experience spans multiple industries, including: tech, retail, consulting, healthcare, and e-commerce.
Dacia has led people development for multiple organizations, in both employed leadership roles and as a fractional leader. In these roles, she has implemented an inclusive, nomination-based, High Potential program, identifying and developing future leaders while amplifying company culture and commitment to investing in diversity.
Dacia also redesigned the performance management process for a 2,000+ employee tech music company to a conversation-based format, increasing participation to 94% and reducing attrition by 7%, implemented an onboarding process led by the hiring manager which enhanced new hire integration and increased satisfaction by 30% within 90 days. Additionally, she has established and managed an elective internal coaching program that aided in succession planning and developed a neuroscience-based leadership training program for 400 managers that increased employee engagement by 17%.
One of the highlights of Dacia’s career is designing the Apple retail store communication plan that enabled the successful launch of the first iPhone and iPad in the United States and internationally.
