Corinne Bilerman’s deep experience in change management and organizational design started in 2004. Her experience includes managing organizations through large-scale change, leading organizational transformations, succession planning, performance management, talent management, HR M+A implementations, and project management of global re-engineering and reorganizations.
In her role as an HR consultant for the past 2 years, Corinne has focused on organizational design and change management for companies. In this capacity, she quickly assesses an organization and its needs in order to understand the specific impact that change will have at all levels of the organization.
Prior to consulting, Corinne worked at American Express for over 9 years in a variety of HR roles including change management, HR transformation, HR business partner, performance management, and executive talent management and succession planning. During her time at American Express, Corinne led change management for the global enterprise-wide implementation of a new HR portal, including managing the complexities of a multi-phased, multi-language, implementation. She also provided thought leadership, data, and insights towards the design of a new HR operating model for the company. Before joining American Express, Corinne began her HR career as a consultant at Katzenbach Partners (now part of Booz & Co).
Corinne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
