Cora Nelson
Cora Nelson has worked in Human Resources since 1992. Her expertise includes talent and change management, employee relations, performance and leave management, HRIS, benefits, and compensation administration.
At GTIS Partners, Cora developed and implemented programs in response to employee survey findings, specifically improving both onboarding and leadership development. Most recently, Cora has provided HR consulting support to small and midsize companies, including complete building (or rebuilding) of Human Resources functions from the ground up. Cora has worked with her clients to restructure and streamline HR processes for hundreds of employees, transition manual processes to automated ones, and manage performance and employee relations issues.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
